Description
The James Street clock tower stands in the midst of Secunderabad’s chaotic markets on the Rashtrapati Road in General Bazar. The clock tower was previously known as the James Street Clock Tower because it was built in 1900 atop the existing James Street Police Station. The clock tower is now known as the Ramgopalpet Clock Tower, after its builder, industrialist Seth Ramgopal.
Existing Condition
The building is in disuse and dilapidated.
